Processing of Waste Printed Circuit Board Recycling Machine
Because of the special physical characteristics of E-waste
circuit boards, our equipment are adopt the dry-type grinding and
separating technique to recycle and reuse. The printed circuit
boards will be separated into metal powder and resin fiber
powder.
First, the waste circuit boards will be crushed into small
pieces, then will be grinded into the powder mixture of metal and
resin fiber. The mixture will be completely separated via pulse
air flow separation to get 97% mixed metal powder, Finally, the
rest mixture powder will go into the high voltage electrostatic
separator, the purity can be up to 99.9%, and the impulse dust
catcher is approached to efficiently prevent the dust
pollution.
Features of Waste PCB Recycling Machine
1. Our PCB recycling system adopt the Pulse air separator
together with High voltage
electrostatic separator, which different from the common
vibrating separator and
electrostatic separator, ours are owns the larger capacity, high
rate of separation,
no pollution.
2,Pulse air separator improves the purity of separation rate,
this step can separate >95% metal powder.
3, We adopt Pulse dust removing equipment, easy to clean and no
dust release, the
working is much better than cloth bag removing equipment.
Process:
1.PCB will be dismantled into electronic component and mother
boards at first. Then put mother boards into crusher;
2.Rolling crusher is adopted in 1-stage-grinding to get
pieces;
3.Hammer grinder is used in 2 and 3-stage-grinding to get mixed
powder;
4.After crushing and grinding, the mixed powder will be separated
into mental powder(90% copper) and resin fiber powder via air
flow and high voltage electronic separator;
