The only step to obtaining the highest quality form of VCO is through the extraction of fresh coconut milk. By combining the fast distribution of the coconut fruit, manual sorting of harvested coconut (for quality and freshness control) and the purification centrifugal extraction method, we can achieve the highest grading level of our final product. Our VCO products are free of fatty acids, have a lower viscosity consistency, lower moisture content, and a clear consistency. Furthermore, the nutritional value is well-preserved through the natural processing methods, which results in an even more extended expiry date without the need for any added preservatives.
