Vanilla Planifolia

Planifolia vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea (PNG). These vanilla beans come from the fruit of an orchid variety called Vanilla Planifolia. Typically the pods are longer, have a strong sweet aroma, the pods are rounded, and they can range in length from 10 to 21 cm, average Planifolia pods are around 15-21 cm.

The pods are plump with:
· moisture content 28-33%
· vanillin content 2% up
· no split and no mold
· oily black color
· size 10 cm – 21 cm up (6-8 inches)
· special size can be ordered

Dry Vanilla

Vanilla grows by vines and lives semi-epiphytically, an annual vine with
succulent stems, we provide the best quality vanilla with the Planifolia
and Tahitensis (Tahitian) types. As you know, Tahitensis vanilla has a
characteristic soft taste and aroma. These farmers treat vanilla with
great care and special attention, full of perseverance and patience to

produce high quality vanilla for consumption.
