*One-Piece Forged Valve Body is based on an extreme pressure well service valve design and meets the demands of nowadays’ most hostile drilling environments worldwide. The one-piece tough integral valve body with tapered leg guide increases structural strength of the valve body with very high tensile strength for longer operation life, and allows greater flow area and reduced abrasion and fluid velocity. The one-piece forged valve body provides superior strength, longer run times, and reduced cost.

* 4-Wing, 3-Wing and custom designed bottom guide valve body is available to matching with 4 web, 3 web and full open valve seat. When pumping abrasive mud liquid, the tapered bottom guide legs allow greater flow area and reduced fluid velocity to form smoother flow, and therefore reduce abrasion and extend the valve service life. Valve with tapered bottom guide legs design is more suitable for high pumping speeds.

* Precisely tapered & balanced design of the bottom guide provides uniform loading characteristics and therefore ensures better sealing performance.

* Replaceable Snap-On Polyurethane valve insert reduces operation cost

* Precisely tapered design of the insert matching with the seat provides evenly distributed loading characteristics and therefore ensures better sealing performance. Double angle 55°, 45°, or other specified taper design available to match with different valve type, pump type and applications.

* Compatible with API Valve Seat and Non-API Modified Valve Seat. While matching with HNA valve seat, it provides maximum fluid flow and longer service life because of the large metal-to-metal bearing area on the valve seat surface

* Shelf Life: Perfect (<36 months, under proper storage condition)
