INSPECTION: Quality & Weight by Buyer nominated Inspection Agency, SGS or Q&Q.

After receiving your Pre-advice 705 we will send an Invitation letter so you can inspect the rails at sight and have a meeting with the CEO and negotiate about the contract face to face.

• If you are not going to visit goods at sight we will send the items through your bank account swift code.

NO DOCUMENTS WILL BE ISSUED BEFORE RECEIVING Pre-advice 705

1. A video shows the products includes the date of the date of filming

2. Which must be after the date of receiving the swift Pre-advice 705 Fresh Q&Q SGS reports .

3. Certificate of ownership for the goods

4. New bill of loading.

5. Export certificate of rails.

We will send the above mentioned items in case the buyer chooses NOT to visit the site

DELIVERY: Shipment to start within Seven working days after the reception of Buyer’s LC.

PAYMENT CONDITION: Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC MT700). Then payment by MT 103 / TT after verification and control SGS at the port of the buyer.
