5. Character: It is white or colorless granule. The relative density is 1.803 and melting point is 190. It is easily soluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohol, insoluble in acetone.It is stability in the air, and decomposes only a little at 100 centigrade. It loses ammonia and water, and becomes ammonium metaphosphate and phosphoric acid exceeding 190 centigrade. Water solution is acid.(PH of 1% water solution is 4.5.)

7. Usage: For food grade, it is mainly used as ferment agent, nourishment, and so on.
