1.1. FERTILIZER FOR HIGH PRODUCTION RICE (RICE PICTURE)

NOTES WHEN FERTILIZING FERTILIZER

• Nitrogen fertilizers should be applied to the rice in the cool of the afternoon, the water level in the field is about 5 cm, which is just right.
• Nitrogen fertilizers should not be applied to rice in the early morning because at that time the rice leaves are still wet with dew, and the nitrogen seeds stick to the leaves, causing fire and loss.
• Nitrogen fertilizers should not be applied at noon when the sun is hot, the temperature is high, the nitrogen will be lost due to rapid evaporation.
• Nitrogen fertilizers should not be applied when it rains or when the field water level is too high because nitrogen will be lost due to leaching.
