? What is the lead time?
	3-5 days for a sample, bulk order will take 1-2 weeks.
? Where are orders shipped from?
	Normally, all orders are shipped from our logistic facility in Kobe Japan. For air transportation, we will use Kansai International Airport (KIX). In addition, we may ship from different ports to reduce transportation costs.

? Can a user designate a shipping carrier?
	Yes, a user can designate a shipping carrier but the carrier should offer service in and out of Japan. All cost associated with using the designated carrier will be borne by the user.
