Castable pipe profiles are suitable for shoulders and heads of (round/oval) pipe bodies. Various types of nozzles can be injected, including common capping teeth (long teeth, short teeth, large teeth), pointed nozzles, capping teeth, special-shaped teeth, etc.

This machine innovatively adopts a vertically upward heading method, by compression molding process for PE material spraying.

Furthermore, it advancedly applys servo quantitative spraying and servo high-pressure forming principles, without hydraulic technology in the whole process.

Compared with traditional injection molding, our new method has the advantages of good molding effect, short molding time, low energy consumption, and greatly reduced mold size.

Traditional injection molding requires 6 production steps. However, our new way of spraying-compression molding only needs 5 production steps:

1, feeding tube;

2, spraying (quantitative setting) ;

3, forming (cold mold);

4, cooling

5, headed-tubes removal, rotary production process,

thus greatly improving the molding efficiency efficiency.

Generally, the minimum molding cycle of traditional injection molding needs 10 seconds to 20 seconds, and the molding time of our new spray-compression molding only needs 1.8 seconds to 3 seconds. This is mainly due to the small open mold and sufficient cooling molding time.
