Packing: The packing shall be made of materials in line with transportation safety, such as wooden case, cable tie, foam paper, carton and woven bag.

Surface treatment: light, chamfering

Surface mass: The surface roughness Ra value of the two end faces shall be no more than 3.2pm(subject to ultrasonic inspection requirements), the surface roughness Ra of the inner and outer surfaces shall be no more than 12.5um(Ra shall be no more than 3.2um when ultrasonic inspection is required for the outer circumferential surface), and the chamfer radius shall be 5~15mm.

Titanium workpiece surface should not have cracks, folding, heavy skin and other visible defects. Local defects on the surface shall be allowed to be removed by grinding. The depth of cleaning shall not exceed the dimensional tolerance of the surface and the minimum allowable size shall be guaranteed. The ratio of cleaning depth to width should be no more than 1:6 on both ends, and no more than 1:10 on the inner and outer sides. External side grinding should be axial.

Surface finish: Clean, dust-free, better acid life.

Test: mechanical property, chemical composition test, ultrasonic test.
