Order Flow

1) Please send your inquiry(grades, quantity, destination etc) or quotation request to us first.

2) We will contact you back to know more details according to your inquiry.

3) We will send you a proforma invoice(s).

4) You make signature back after confirming the PI and it's OK.

5) You make a payment for the PI(s).

6) We arrange your shipment.

7) After loading, we will inform you shipping documents (a copy of B/L, an invoice etc.).

8) If your payment haven't done 100%, you make balance payment.

9) After our payment confirmation, we arrange a telex release toward the B/L.

10) Your container will arrive at the port of discharge, then after custom clearance you finally get the container into your hand!
