Perlcon ALPHAGRIP NSA is a polymer modified cementitious ready mix tile adhesive mortar for long lasting glazed and/or ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles on internal/external flooring & large format ceramic tiles on external/internal walls. It is ideal for tile on tile application which forms a waterproof barrier between two surfaces & has excellent grab properties. It can be used on cementitious & self levelling screed also.

· Initial setting time : 40 - 45 mins.

· Final setting time : 500 – 600 mins.

· Shelf Life : 6 months.

· Shear Adhesion : Dry Conditions (24 Hours) – 4.50 KN

· Shear Adhesion : Dry Conditions (14 days) – 10.00 KN

· Shear Adhesion : Heat Ageing ( 7 days std + 7 days Oven) – 6.00 KN

· Shear Adhesion : Wet Condition (7 days std + 7 days water) – 6.00 KN

· Shear Adhesion : Tensile Adhesion – after 14 days at 27 +/- 1– 870 N
