The ESTK three-roller sizing unit is equipped for the final rolling process of rolled steel bars and is used to produce high-precision and high-quality round steel, hexagonal steel, etc.
1. The rolled round steel products have high dimensional accuracy and fully meet the 1/6DIN10060 tolerance range for precision devices.
2. The roller ring is made of tungsten carbide and high-speed steel. The material has good wear resistance, so the surface quality of the finished product is excellent and stable;
3. The transmission system has compact structure, good rigidity and good shock absorption performance;
4. The online rolling mill replacement time is short: about 5 minutes.
5. A single pass shape can be fully realized, reducing the number of upstream rollers and reducing labor intensity.
6. Rolling of any specification can be realized – free sizing.
