Description: Soft thermal conductive silicone insulation pad is one of the heat transfer interface materials. It is a sheet material that can be cut according to the size and shape of the fire power device. It has good thermal conductivity and insulation properties. The thermal conductivity of the product is 1.5- -6.5W/mK, the thermal conductivity of air is only 0.03W/mK; the breakdown value of the resistance voltage is above 3000 volts, and it can be used in most electronic equipment with insulation requirements.

■ Purpose: Its function is to fill the gap between the heating power device and the radiator. It is an ideal product to replace the dual heat dissipation system of thermal conductive silicone grease and mica sheet (insulating material).

■ Scope of application: RDRAMTM, CDROM, CPU, IC metal chassis, electrical appliances, single-sided heat dissipation, insulation and other items.

Typical specifications: Process thickness ranges from 0.5mm to 30mm, every 0.5mm above, that is, 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm to 30mm.

Non-standard specifications: Design product structure molds and make them according to customer drawings.
