Refrigerated lockers :
Online refrigerated locker system is used to solve the delivery from cold-chain to end user customer. This system covers the solution of keeping items under required temperature and keep items fresh. A whole complete set of refrigerated locker include one control unit and multiple refrigerated add-on units. The number of add-on units can adjust by the customer need. One control unit can link up to 16 add-on lockers. The control unit is connect with the add-on lockers by RS485 for data exchange, and the control unit can talk to the cloud by Ethernet (Cable network or Wi-Fi) TCP protocol. The control unit has LCD, supporting Barcode reading, and keypad.

Design Theory of refrigerated lockers
The refrigerated locker is cooling by the air compressor, using air cool instead of direct cool. Air cool is more energy efficient, and the temperature in each locker door is uniform compare to direct cooling. The power of the air compressor is up to 250W. The cooling air is through a designed circulation system from the top of the locker to the bottom. In the circulation process, the heat exhaust through the exhaust hole on the side to achieve refrigeration and fresh.
The air compressor has temperature detection. When the temperature exceed the set temperature, the air compressor will automatically power on until the temperature reached the set value. After the temperature achieve the set value, it will form a close loop inside the locker to maintain the set temperature. The set value can be control in 2℃~8℃, which satisfied the required temperature for store in cooling environment.
The locker door is using 5cm foam material along with other 5 sides of the locker, which provide good heat insulation and temperature keeping. Each locker door is separate by stainless steel parts, in picture 3 it shows how to separate by 4 doors.
The locker door is using torsional spring design. The door can auto close in a wide angle (within 90゜) to prevent forgot close the locker door and leaking cooling air.
