The EVC-27 model is manufactured according to the most demanding controls and quality standards. It is built in stainless steel, in accordance with the regulations of the food industry.

The digital programmer is available in all models with CMD technology. The model is in accordance with CE rules and easy to maintain and clean.

The EVC-27 Vacuum packer with belt, automatic loading and unloading, ideal for totally automatic lines. For high productions of all kinds of products, medium-sized and large, such as ham cores and pieces of meat.

• Bench, lid, and vacuum chamber in stainless steel.
• Easy maintenance and cleaning.
• Vacuum packer equipped with one or two Busch pumps 250 m3/h.
• Vacuum chamber dimensions: 1175x760x305 mm.
• Digital control system.
• Manufacture according to CE regulations.

Note: Individually Adjustable Double Sealing means the machine is equipped with double welding on each bar; and the temperature per time of each of the welds is individually adjustable.
