SELECTION OF RAW MATERIALS

We select our suppliers (agricultural cooperatives) through rigorous specifications and/or long-standing collaboration with them. Our suppliers and ourselves control our raw materials systematically according to the defined control plans. All our analyzes are carried out by recognized, accredited and independent analysis laboratories.

TRACEABILITY

The implementation of a computerized traceability system allows us to ensure reliable and efficient upstream and downstream traceability: from the purchase of our raw materials to shipment to our customers, while passing through our stages of production.

CONTROL OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES

The implementation of work procedures and technical sheets adapted and applied by all staff, makes it possible to make reliable and standardize each of our productions

QUALITY CONTROL AND HYGIENE

Our quality approach includes controls at each stage (reception, manufacturing, packaging, shipping) to ensure healthy products. Hygiene rules are defined for the entire site, applicable to all staff but also to any foreign person. We take the greatest care in the preparation of our products, in compliance with Good Practices and defined hygiene rules.

Phytosanitary certificate and export certificate are the responsibility of the company.

The packing and FOB formalities as well as the transport costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping conditions

The butter is packed in the Drums of 120 Kg, 150 KG and in boxes of 20 Kg. *We do have a partner who can take care of all the logistics to the destination. Price
