GNWQ vertical submersible sewage pump is a sewage submersible cutter pump, which is designed to transport sewage and waste. Its cutting part has a unique spiral structure and a sharp edge design. Material Rockwell hardness above HRC49-52 (special materials need to be customized in advance for submersible centrifugal pump). On the premise of ensuring that the water conservancy performance exceeds that of similar products, it also has a certain cutting ability, ensuring that wastes such as straw, cotton, cloth, baby diapers, etc. have an excellent cutting function after being shredded and discharged.

1. Vortex impeller with non-clogging design;

2. Material of impeller and knife ring: high chromium stainless steel 420, hardness HRC49-52, good wear resistance;

3. Heavy duty bearing and SS420 shaft;

4. Double mechanical seal consists of two seals in series. The super wear-resistant mechanical seal made of silicon carbide ensures the best sealing effect.
