FAFS magnetic filter is used to remove iron contaminants (such as
rust, and iron filings) and other fine ferromagnetic impurities,
which can effectively improve the purity of products on the
production line and protect key equipment from iron
particles.
FAFS magnetic filter adopts a three-dimensional finite element
analysis method to optimize the magnetic circuit design and
distribution of the magnetic bar. The core magnet is the
neodymium iron boron super magnet material produced by the latest
technology. And the surface magnetic field intensity peak is
greater than 12,000 Gauss, which is the world's highest-grade
material.
FAFS Magnetic Filters are used for the filtration of iron
particles from products in liquid/slurry. Magnetic rods/elements
used in filters are made up of either High-intensity Rare Earth
magnets (neodymium magnet also known as NdFeB, NIB, or Neo
