PACKING AND SHIPPING

2). PP bubble rounded two times packed

3). Carton paper all corners and sides firmly protected

4). Plastic bag whole set covered with hemp ropes fix

5). Wood panel packed if required

Shipping Stages:

1). Checking all pieces are ready, no any missing

2). Do fumigation for wood package if required by America and European Countries

3). LCL goods: Hire truck make delivery to clients' shipping agent or warehouse

FCL: Hire professional labors directly load goods professionally into container

4). Making documents related: ( Proforma Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Fumigation Certificate, etc)

Q: Are you trading company or factory?

A: We are manufacturers, our factory have 16 years experiences in this industry, We have our own showroom and factories, covering more than 130,000 square meters. You are welcomed to visit us.

Q: Where is your factory?

A: We located in the hometown of furniture, Jiujiang Town, Foshan City.

Q: Do you have showroom?

A: Yes, we have showroom , totally have 7,000 square meters. We have an extensive range of models on display but due to the size of our range we cannot display all models. If you have specific products that you wish to view please give us a call prior to traveling.

Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM ?

A: Yes, customize product is available in our factory. Please send your design pictures to us, then we talk about it with our professional designers and confirm well with you.

Q: Can I order samples? Are they free of charge?

A: Yes, we do sample orders for certain customers. Sample fees are needed and we will deduct the sample fee from your bulk order later.

Q: What is the lead time?

A: It depends. The lead time is usually 25-35 days upon receiving the deposit.

Q: What's the payment term?

A: T/T: 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment by T/T;

L/C: Irrevocable L/C at sight;

Q: Do you attend the furniture fair?

A: Yes, like CIFF in March(Guangzhou) & China International Furniture Expo in September (shanghai).

Q: Can I mix container?

A: Yes, of course, 5pcs each design at least;

Q: How does your factory do quality control?

A: Quality is our first priority, each production process will be checked by our QC, and before package will double check by our headquarters QC department.
