The HZS25 concrete batching plant is a small product in the Camelway Group cocnrete batching plantseries. It is a fully automatic concrete mixing set consisting of feeding, batching, mixing, electrical control, and steel structure components. It is suitable for small-scale construction sites, precast parts factories, and commercial concrete production plants. Its main features are as follows:

1. It adopts a combined structure and modular unit, which is very convenient for installation and relocation.

2. The mixing host and aggregate lifting adopt JS500 type double horizontal shaft forced concrete mixer, which has good mixing quality and high efficiency.

3. The aggregate batching adopts PLD800 batching machine, which has accurate measurement and high production efficiency.

4. The powder, water, and admixtures are all measured by electronic scales, with high dosing accuracy.

5. The water supply system adopts the principle of siphon pump pressurization to speed up the water flow rate and spray evenly.

6. The electrical control system adopts imported components, with reliable performance, manual/automatic control, and convenient operation.
