The silvered mirror is manufactured by plating silver and copper layers on the surface of quality float glass through chemical deposition and replacement method and showering primer on the surface of the silver and copper layers as the protection of the silver layer. Being made through a chemical reaction, a chemical reaction between the glass and air or moisture or other substances in the environment may occur, giving rise to the peeling or flaking of the lacquer or silver layer, so it generally requires critical production and processing technology, environment, temperature, and quality.

Our Company produces a silvered mirror by using quality float glass substrates(Jinjing, Xinyi, and Taibo) and Italian FENZI mirror backing paint. Characterized by excellent acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and humidity resistance, its service life is 3 times longer than that of the aluminum mirror; the mirror image is clearer, smoother and more real.

The lacquered coat provides protection for the silvered mirror. When the glass is broken, the pieces will adhere to the coat and not result in bodily injury. The coated silvered mirror is called a safety silvered mirror or coated mirror.

Our silvered mirror products can be worked into irregular shapes or processed through a series of crafts, such as bevelling, engraving or sloping. They are widely used in architecture and decoration of houses, malls, exhibition halls, hotels, and other places; they can be applied in moist and seaside environments, such as bathrooms, saunas, and beach houses.

The silvered mirror products can be coated with protecting film of different materials according to the requirements of customers to improve product safety.
