-SUPPLY CAPACITY AND DISPOSITION OF SILICA SAND-

The following information is for the supply capacity, purity and compromises of delivery of such mineral that is of Silica Sand for those performing commercial contracts and deals with "Explotacion y Transporte Minero" and "ARC.LLC".

1.INTRODUCTION.

To show the capacity of production of the mineral that of Silica, the bank of explotation and to confront any compromises that can be found with such industry.

In the first phase there will be 300 has exploited, equivalent to 3,000,000 m3, when transformed into tons of production, they will be 4,500,000 tons.

It is necessary to provide an advance payment of 10% of the volume of the monthly sale placed in the contract.
The initial contract will be signed directly with those interested.

The actual price considers the presentation of the mesh that has the silica sand in the site of the mine.
Any modification of the conditions and presentation of quality will be negotiated, since it affects and modifies the price per ton directly.

Once the initial payment is received, mining and shipping will be initiated as soon as possible. Lead time is of 5 days to initate the delivery of the minerals, based on the aggreed location of delivery.
