Introduction and Usage

These machines are primarily used for automatic, mitred & straight cutting as well as the punching of silicon steel laminations, for reactors or transformers.

Cut the sillicon steel in the various types of shapes, such as bevel angle, right angle, straight angle, punched V shpae etc.

The machines also incorporate the function of step-lap.

Specifications

The machines have the cutting length of 200-5000mm.

The cut-to-length precision is : +-0.025mm

The cutting burr height is : Max0.02mm

Punching burr height goes to : Max0.03mm

The rate of cutting is 30-60 pieces per minute.
