The dredger can be used to excavate and transport cohesive sediment. In the

course of technical designing, we have considered special requirements for tropical

climate conditions of Senegal such as meteorological and waters distributing state etc.

2.Advantages and dredger description 

a) High productivity--Our dredgers are designed to pump fluids containing a high percentage of solids(maximum weight concentration of the ash can reach 45% and maximum weight concentration of the slag can reach 60%).

b) So long service life--Wear parts are all constructed with wear resistant materials, so they have better stability & longer service life.

c)This dredger can unload sand into river and then the small shore sand suction dredger sucks sand into river shore, or it has a set of pump, so the sand will be discharged to river shore by the pump.

4.Introduction of  important part--Hydraulic submersible slurry pump 

Our hydraulic drive sand dredging pump is another new produce we developed. It is mainly used as an excavator attachment taking place of grab bucket when there is too much water, mud and not suitable for digging. It is driven by the excavator hydraulic system or a separate hydraulic station to pump sand, sludge mortar etc. Its flow passage components is made of high-strength and wear-resistant alloy.

It's mostly attached to excavator, dredgers etc to be operated. 

5.Installation and transportation 

a)The dredgers are detachable, so it is dismantled into one or two containers. Usually our products are shipped from Qingdao Port or Guangzhou to all over the world.

b)Our experienced installers will arrive at the working site to guide and train your staffs to debug and operate the dredger until they can operate skillfully by themselves.
