RX3-75/10 box type heat treatment resistance furnace

A. Overview

This series of box-type heat treatment furnace is a periodic operation heat treatment equipment, which chamber's maximum temperature can reach 1000 ℃, and can continuously work at 950℃ or lower temperature.The furnace heating chamber wall is embedded in stainless steel plate, to ensure the cleaning of heating room cleaning and no pollution to the processed workpieces. The material frame is made of stainless steel and layered stainless steel wire mesh inside. In this way, both the small workpiece can be loaded in the material frame, and the protective gas can be successfully passed through the surface of workpieces to be processed, and more convenient for loading and discharging workpieces.

This furnace uses PLC controller to realize the automatic operation of the heat treatment process, such as door opening / closing, inert gas input, over-temperature alarm, overpressure in the box, power over-current(over load) protection and etc.

B. Function

This furnace is used for nitriding ,carburizing, or carbonitriding, as well as bright annealing and other heat treatment of the metal parts in protective gases .
