How Does Ring Type Glue Mixer Work?

The measured raw materials continuously enter glue mixer from the feeding inlet. Under the action of the feeding shovel, the raw material accelerate in the circumferential direction to form the ring form and gradually moves to the sizing zone.

The mixed glue flows into the glue mixer in a tangential direction, and is mixed with the raw materials under the agitation of the stirring claws. Since the materials distributed in the radial direction have different linear velocities and there is a large difference in speed, the raw materials rub against each other to achieve a uniform sizing effect.
