Why does the item I receive look different than the picture?
We strive to send out the exact item in the picture.
However, every now and then our main supplier is out of
stock and we will have to get an item from a different
supplier. This may result in a slight color variation of
the product and that is it! The quality of our products
will ALWAYS be of the best quality.
Where is my order?
If you have received a tracking number, use that to stalk your packages.
If it has been more than 7 business days and you have not received a tracking number or any communication from the RENU Team, Contact Us and we will find out where your order is and when you should receive it.
