1. Basic information

Compliance standard: Q/DGJC 12-2018 "Flat Roofing Mortar for Buildings"(China National Standard)

2. Product features

Heat insulation and waterproof, anti-cracking and anti-alkali, fire and flame retardant, green and environmental protection.

3. Quantity calculation

The theoretical quantity is about 0.5-0.75kg/m²/mm. That is, about 0.5-0.75kg/m² when the thickness is 1 mm. The actual quantity depends on the flatness of the base and the thickness of the mortar layer. In general, the recommended construction thickness is 20-40mm. That is, the theoretical quantity is about 10-30kg/m².

4. Scope of application

It is applicable to:
---the protection and heat insulation of substrates such as waterproof layer of buildings and cement mortar for flat roofs.
---the protection of house waterproof layer and liquid coil waterproof layer.
---substrates such as cement mortar, cement-based or asphalt-based waterproof coating

It is not applicable to:
---substrates such as colored steel tiles, glazed tiles, ceramic tiles, etc.
---sloping roofs.

5. Product Overview

Ready-mixed heatproof mortar is a new type of inorganic material pre-mixed and dry-mixed with selected lightweight aggregates, inorganic cementitious materials, additives, ect.

It has excellent thermal insulation performance, aging resistance and fireproof performance, and is easy to use.

Just add water, stir and start the on-site construction work.

The product is one of the components of the roof waterproof system, which is used for thermal insulation protection of flat roof, with good thermal insulation effect and waterproof layer protection effect. It can also be used for the protection and thermal insulation of other substrates such as cement mortar flat roofs.

6. Possible temperature difference.

The indoor temperature difference before and after construction could be as high as 20 degrees Celsius or 68 degrees Fahrenheit.

7. Construction precautions

(1) Within 24 hours after construction, the product should be protected from rain, vibration, dust pollution and manual trampling.;

(2) After the surface of the product is dry, it is recommended to cover the construction layer with waterproof rain cloth for more than 24 hours, which can effectively reduce later cracking;

(3) It is normal for the product to have tiny cracks after being paved and dried, which will not affect its heat insulation effect. Please rest assured to use it;

(4) The product should be stored in a cool and dry place to avoid direct sunlight for a long time;

(5) Please pay attention to the moisture-proof storage of products in humid areas;

(6) After stirring , the mortar should be used up at one time, and should not be re-used after drying;

(7) If there is rain within 24 hours, construction should be stopped;
