3D five - axis laser cutting is a sharp tool for forming and processing 3D irregular curved parts. Especially in the automobile industry, hot stamping ultra-high strength steel plate has been widely used.

The traditional direct stamping processing requires the development of the complex molds. During the processing, the loss of molds is large, so it needs to be regularly repaired or replaced, which has low efficiency and high cost. What’s more, traditional stamping is almost impossible to process the automobile hot-forming parts, which the yield strength of high-strength steel can reach 1500MPa.

The 3D five-axis laser cutting processing method can provide the minimum heat-affected zone and minimal local deformation. The non-contact processing method does not exert any force on the workpiece, so it has no mechanical deformation, no processing wear. And the cutting ability is not affected by the hardness of the material to be cut.

Five-axis machine tools (5 Axis Machining), as the name implies, means adding two rotating axes to three common straight axes, X, Y, and Z. Through A, B, C three axis of the two rotation axis combination to meet the processing needs of all kinds of products.
