The Unitile Calcium Sulphate Panel is a high-quality, versatile flooring option designed for use in a variety of commercial applications, including data centers, control rooms, casinos, co-working spaces, and educational facilities. Made from a high-density core of 1500 Kgs / mtr3 of natural gypsum, this panel offers excellent acoustic properties and the ability to dissipate electrical charges, making it an ideal choice for sensitive environments.
The panel measures 600 mm x 600 mm and is available in two thickness options, 30 mm and 34 mm. The base and top surfaces of the core are factory bonded using a combination of surface finishes, including galvanized iron sheet, high-pressure laminate, vinyl, vitrified, and marble, while the edges of the panel are protected with a PVC edge band. The bottom of the panel is available in either galvanized iron sheet or aluminum foil.
One of the key features of the Unitile Calcium Sulphate Panel is its high strength-to-weight performance, which makes it easy to handle and install. It is also 90-97% recyclable, making it an environmentally friendly option. Additionally, the panel has excellent fire resistance properties and has been tested to meet Class O and Class 1 standards.
