Payment terms: Letter of Credit MT700 payable At loading Sight against shipping documents,100% Irrevocable, Confirmed, Transferable and Revolving, non-cancellable, non-postponement or modification LC open at 20% of the total contract amount with the full Bank’s guarantees that the Buyer takes all the quantity of 6,00,000 MT with full value.

Inspection: Societe General De Surveillance (SGS) Or Equivalent world class Inspection Company for quality and quantity. The SGS inspection’s charges will be borne by the Seller at the loading port and by the Buyer at the unloading port if necessary.
