Q: Where is your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Diankou Town,zhuji city, zhejiang province,near shanghai and ningbo port.If you come to our factory,you can fly to hangzhou airport and we can pick you up.It is about half an  hour by car from hangzhou airport.If you fly to shanghai,please take a quick station to zhuji or hangzhou train station and we will pick you up from train station. 

Q:Can I get samples?

A:yes,you can get samples for free but you need to pay the freight cost before first order.

Q: Which shipping way will you use for the products?
A: For light weight or small, we will use international express, such as TNT, DHL, UPS, FEDEX etc. it always requires 3-5 days and can be reached according to your area, For heavy weight and large size, we would recommend that you take by sea way or by air shippment

Q: What's your payment terms and delivery date?
A: T/T,L/C,Western union,Paypal,etc. We also can make payment through trade assurance.The delivery date depends on your order. Delivery date is 7-25 days. If you need emergency products, we can speed up the production of the first arrangement.

Q: What is trade assurance and how to order?
