Mainly used in the production of agricultural pipelines, water supply, gas pipelines, construction drainage and sewage pipelines.

The unit is composed of single screw extruder,die,vacuum calibration box, spray tank,tractor, cutting machine, stacker etc.

Features:

1. Single screw extruder adopts long L/D, high efficiency screw, high extrusion output.

2. Spiral extrusion die head, well-calibrated, to ensure high-quality pipe production.

3. Vacuum calibration water tank and water spray cooling water tank: adopt advanced circulating water, high-pressure cooling system, vacuum degree adjustment device and automatic water temperature and water level control system installation.

4. Tractor: It adopts crawler type, which includes two-claw type, three-claw type, four-claw type, six-claw type, eight-claw type, ten-claw type, twelve-claw type, etc., suitable for different sizes of pipes production.

5. Chipless cutting, saw cutting or planetary cutting machine
