The 4-Shaft design single layer forming fabric commonly used in manufacturing all varities of paper grades. Four Shed Design Mesh available from 16/cm to 30/cm. Can be supplied in various combinations of warp (MD) yarns and welt (CD) yarn diameters. Specially suitable for writing printing papers where empahsis is on the formation of paper and also in coarseness. It is widely used in Liner Board, Pulp Board etc.

Excellent materials are adopted to make the spiral fabric to protect against hydrolysis and high temperatures conditions. Depending on the filler wire added to the spiral dryer screen, air permeability range from 100 to 1380 CFM.

The selection of dryer screen is depending on the various paper machine parameters such as paper grades, dryer cylinders configuration, dryer cylinder temperatures, air balance in the hood etc. Dryer screen design and materials are also very important.
