YF73MD is a MTP based 8 bit microcontroller chip with built-in high precision LDO, tailored for I/O based applications such as home appliances,measuring tools,atomizers and etc. YF73MD chip microcontroller adopts advanced CMOS technology to provide customers remarkable solution with low cost ,high performance,and high resistance to electromagnetic interference.The feature of re-programmable of MTP memory makes product development more flexible and efficient. RISC architecture is applied and it provides 53 instructions. Most of the instructions are executed in single instruction cycle. Therefore,the YF73MD microcontroller ic chip is very suitable for those applications thatare sophisticated but compact program size is required.

The YF73MD microcontroller chip has built in a high precision LDO(low dropout voltage regulator),offering an upgraded cost-effectiveness and compact size feature with the 2 in 1 SOP16/QFN20 package.
