For the past decade we have worked hard to establish relationships around the globe, and to make a difference to people’s lives through training and support and placements within partner charities abroad. We believe everyone has the potential to be able to turn their lives around and do something great!

While building on these relationships, we were approached by a Ghanaian NGO, to see if we would work collaboratively with them in addressing the issues around children’s education. Since then, we have over the last decade worked collaboratively to end exploitative child labour in Ghana, and continue in trying to do so.

We have wanted to shine our own a light on child labour in cacao, and have been given an opportunity (in the future) to look into buying a farm that we will have 100% managed and co-owned by cacao farmers, allowing room for innovative growing and allowing fir further understanding of the cacao practices that seem increase need for child labour.

At this point in time: we were put in touch with the cooperative, ABOCFA, as a stepping-stone to understanding the trading markets in the UK and EU. We have since received a 2023/2024 LOT of 10 tonnes, and are at the beginning stages of distributing as well as processing the cacao.
