Salient Features:

1) All contact parts are made of SS 316 quality material, are crevice free, and finished to a Class 4B (Mirror) finish.

2) Easily Cleanable.

3) Complete lid lifting arrangements for facility cleaning for the product changeover.

4) A specially designed Becomix stirrer with flexible Teflon scrapers.

5) All transfers are done with a vacuum to avoid hand contact or contamination.

6) The entry of all agitators is from the top, and the high-speed emulsifier is from the bottom or in-line emulsifier (as per customer choice).

7) All vessels are suitable for an internal pressure of 1 kg/sq cm and can be sterilized.

8) All pipes, interconnecting piping, and valves are of SS 304 / SS 316 (as per customer requirement), seamless quality, internally electropolished, and with tri-clover ended joints.

9) All values of temperature and time for the plant are indicated digitally on the control panel. All the inlet and outlet connections have tri-clover joints for easy cleaning and replacement.
