appearance and practical;
2) Toothed belt wing structural design of the anchor bolt
preventing the sliding of the tube-body when installed, and
play a role of buckle;
3) Use of PE materials, good toughness, high hardness, load
big, against shock,anti-corrosion, anti-aging;
4) Small volume, accurate and quick to install, improve
work efficiency and install quality.
The way to use: put the anchor in the hole which supports
it, Scored with the self-tapping screws to make it
expansion, so the wall and the anchor compress the screw,
making it safe and fasten to hang goods.

Drywall screws are used to fix things in place inside a
wall with drywall, especially where a nail would not work.
These include things like lighting fixtures, outlet covers,
shelves, wire and cable management systems, and anything
else you would want to attach inside a wall. Drywall screws
should not be used for load-bearing items like a door or a
shelf that has a lot of weight on it. Drywall screws are
also used for hanging items on the wall like artwork,
mirrors, and TV mounts. This is when you would use a
"no-drywall screw." No-drywall screws have a wide screw
head and a small threaded tip. They have no sharp points
and are smooth around the outside so they dont press into
the drywall. These are generally easier to insert and
remove without leaving a mark. Another use for no-drywall
screws is when you dont want to go into the drywall when
hanging something. If you have a wall without drywall or a
wood or concrete wall, or you just dont want to risk
damaging the drywall, you can use no-drywall screws.
The drywall screw is a screw with a sharp point designed
for fixing plasterboard to metal profiles with metal
thickness up to 0.7 mm. Technogips Pro offers 5 standard
sizes of drywall screw:
Drywall Screw TN 3.5 x 25
Drywall Screw TN 3.5 x 35
Drywall Screw TN 3.5 x 45
Drywall Screw TN 3.5 x 55
Drywall Screw TN 4.2 x 70
We recommend using Drywall Screw TN for interior
application with plasterboard type A, type H2, type DF,
type DFH2 and Sound Comfort Extra type DF.
The screws are fixed with a drywall screwdriver which must
be held perpendicular to the board, so that the angle
between the board and the screw is 90 degrees. The screw
head should penetrate 1 mm below the surface of the board,
and the free end of the screw should enter at least 10 mm
into the hollow space of the profile.
The different sizes of drywall screws are used as
followed:
For one layer lining of plasterboard with standard
thickness of 12.5mm and a metal profile up to 0.7mm, we use
Drywall Screw TN 3.5 x 25.
For the second layer of a two-layer lining of plasterboard
with standard thickness of 12.5mm and a metal profile up to
0.7mm we use Drywall Screw TN 3.5 x 35. When the boards
have an individual thickness of 15mm, we use Drywall Screw
TN 3.5 x 45 for the second layer.
For the third layer of a three-layer lining of plasterboard
with standard thickness of 12.5mm or 15mm and a metal
profile up to 0.7mm, we use Drywall Screw TN 3.5 x 55.
For the fourth layer of a four-layer lining of plasterboard
with standard thickness of 12.5mm or 15mm and a metal
profile up to 0.7mm, we use Drywall Screw TN 4.2 x 70.
