As the vermicelli has large hardness,large resilience,and high
viscosity,the cutter tooth is designed to be M-shape based on
these 3 characteristics to ensure cutting strength,reduce cutter
rollers'axial force,prolong the service life and reduce the
debris. The slitted vermicelli has smooth side surface and flat
surface.
As the rice noodle is soft,quite vicious,high viscosity and hard
to cut-off,the cutter tooth is improved based on that of
vermicelli cutter to shred rice noodle smoothly without sticking
to the cutter.
