1. Do you ship orders quick?

Most of the orders are shipped within 2 working days after clear payment. Some big packages may need extra days because we always test each item before shipment. Normally the delay is no more than 7 days as we have an experienced and dedicated shipment department.

2. What kind of shipping methods do you offer?

For packages less than 2KG, we usually use China Post international air mail parcel; for packages more than 2KG, we will ship by express. You may have us ship by DHL / UPS / TNT / FedEx, however we might charge you extra shipping cost according to your order weight and location. For huge orders, ocean cargo service is available. Please do not hesitate to contact us for the details.

3. Do you accept returns?

We accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, ship items back within 14 days of delivery. However, because of the nature of some products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can not accept returns for custom or personalized orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
