A: FDA if food contact products obligatory standard for USA, normally clients from Asia, America, Africa, Russia accept this standard.

LFGB is food contact products obligatory standard for Germany. Normally our European clients accept this standard.

DGCCRF is food contact products obligatory standard for France. France clients request this standard. DM 21/03/1973 is food contact products obligatory standard for Italy. Italy clients request this standard. JFSL is food contact products obligatory standard for Japan. Japanese clients normally request this standard.

A:We specify our products 2 standards only: FDA & LFGB. FDA category can pass test of FDA & JFSL. LFGB category can pass test of LFGB, DGCCRF & DM 21/03/1973.

Q:If we conduct test regularly?

A:Yes. Many of our clients request test before delivery. We will make internal test in advance before sending the test samples to the lab. In recent 3 years our test pass rate in lab is above 99%. When with few fails, after correcting the test conditions, re-test is always pass.

Q:  CAN WE HAVE A SAMPLE? IF IT WILL BE CHARGED, AND HOW LONG IT TAKES TO RECEIVE?

A: Yes, normally samples are with stock for free, shipping cost at your side.

By express (UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, etc) it will take 3-5 days to arrive; Epacker takes longer sometimes like 2 to 3 weeks.

Shipping cost USD20 to 50 (settled by Paypal), depends on size, weight, and service way.

In case samples to be newly made, USD$150 is chargeable due that the sampling cost is high.

Q: WHAT’S YOUR DELIVERY TIME?

A: Depends on quantity, artwork available time, pre-order test needed or not, pre-production sample approval time, etc. 

After pre-production sample confirmed, lead time can be 3 to 60 days, depends on quantity, or which product and which kind of package it is.

30 to 45 days is common for mass production. Please always let us know your need.

Q: WHAT’S THE TOOLING TIME SHALL WE HAVE AN OEM PROJECT?

A: Depends on product size, structure, etc.

It can be from 7 to 30 days.

Q: WHAT’S YOUR PAYMENT TERM?

A: For tooling is 100% in advance;

for product orders, normally 30% deposit is required for new clients. When amount is small, 100% in advance is required to save transaction fee.
