It depends on the category of the project. The more complicated the project is, the longer time we have to take. For builders, contractors and buying offices, we suggest that you prepare house plan, window and door plan for us. These documents help us skip up sorting work and finish calculating work earlier. It's also OK if you don't have such documents in hands, we will follow the steps that first design, second product details, last quotation. We will provide basic estimate at the very first beginning then we revise the solution as you need and you will get the final quotation before order.

It takes about 30-50 days for production. It depends on the total sqm of your order and the order requirements. We will consider speeding up production and give priority to your order based on the order saturation level of our workshop if you have urgent need. When your order amount is less than US$5000, full payment before production; when your order amount is more than US$5000, 50% deposit before production and 50% rest payment before shipment. The payment terms is negotiable when we establish a long term business relationship.

10-year warranty is given, including unfading frame and peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. 10-year warranty for German hardware and 5-year warranty for Chinese hardware. We will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery of replacement parts if they are in stock; if no stock, it usually takes 10-15 days based on a regular material ordering time from our suppliers.
