1.What is your minimum order quantity, can you send me samples?

Customer or OEM can place MOQ order for 1 Unit, Customer can send them sample for trials if possible, We will take a trial at free of cost with your material and customer alwasy welcome to our factory for visit or take trail on same time.

 2. Which level of quality are your products?

Presently Maxin India Machinery Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. has  ISO, TUV, MSME, & NSIC certified products for different shredders.

 3. What is the dispatch time of your machine?

In general, the dispatch time of Maxin India machine is about 30-60 days, customized machine will be delivered as the negotiation with our clients.

 4. Can the machine be customized as our need, such as put on our logo?

Surely our machine can be customized as your need, Put on your logo is also available.

 5. As the shipping period will take long time, how can you make sure the machine won’t be broken?

Our machine is packig with Stretch film and bubble sheet wrapped, to make sure the machine can be delivered to our customer smoothly, we will use the steel wire to fix the machine with the container. Also we are dispatch the machine with wooden packing if required.

 6. May i know which payment will be accepted by your company?

So far 100%T/T before shipment, and 60% deposit paid by T/T, balance paid by L/C or T/T are available.

 7. About the after-sale service, how can you solve the problems occurred of your overseas customer in time?

The warranty of our machine is normally 12 months, during this period, we will arrange the international express immediately, to make sure the replace parts to be delivered as soon as possible. We are providing our service for one year at free of cost, To-Fro and Accomodation will be providing through customer.

 8. After we placing an order, will you arrange the installation of the machine at present?

All the machines will be tested well at our factory units, During the machine will be received at customer place, our technical team will inform to you to arrange the electricity according to requirement of machine and then as per co-ordination, our technical team will visit for Installation and providing training for 2-3 days at free of cost. Customer had to arrange for To-Fro and Accomodation at them cost only.

9. Is the Maxin India Shredder is perticular for single use?
