working principle

Under normal circumstances, the circulating medium is exited from the mold temperature machine, connected to the injection mold runner, circulated in the mold, and then returned to the oil tank from the mold through the oil return port. The temperature sensor measures the temperature of the circulating medium and transmits the data to the local controller. The controller adjusts the state of the heater, controls the temperature of the hot fluid, and indirectly adjusts the temperature of the mold. If the mold temperature machine is in normal production, the temperature of the heat transfer oil exceeds the set value of the controller, the controller will open the solenoid valve and connect the water inlet pipe until the temperature of the heat transfer oil returns to the set value, so that the temperature of the mold is constant. If the mold temperature is lower than the set value, the controller will turn on the heater.
