Pump type  OH2

Centreline -mounted single-stage overhung pumps shall be designated pump type OH2.They have a single bearing housing to absorb all forces imposed upon the pump shaft and maintain rotor position during operation .The pumps are mounted on a baseplate and are flexibly coupled to their drivers..

MOB pump is the company's novel single suction petrochemical process pump, the design and manufacture of this series of pumps in accordance with API610 (10th edition) and VDMA24297 standard specifications, his performance range includes all the performance of MOB pump.

This series pump has: high efficiency and energy saving, scientific structure, stable performance, strong interchangeability, wide range of adaptation, safety, no leakage, easy maintenance and so on.

The product selection

(1) The material of the pump can be used according to the working conditions or user needs: carbon steel, stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 304, 304L, Mo2Ti, 316L, 904L, etc.), heat resistant, wear resistant steel (40CrMnMoNi) and other materials.

(2) Pump performance parameters in the energy reference table for selection reference, such as special needs, according to its working conditions or customer requirements on demand design.

(3) If there is a difference between the original pipe diameter and the inlet and outlet pipe diameter of ZA/ZE type pump in the old project transformation or replacement of the whole machine, "variable diameter pipe" is used to meet the needs.

(4) After the selection, we can provide you with the relevant technical information of the selected pump type according to the type size, performance curve and so on. (Pump instructions, performance test report and other relevant information, will be shipped with the pump)

Structure

The pump is single-stage, horizontal radial partial volute pump, MOB pump body for center support. Single suction radial impeller. Axial suction, radial discharge.

According to the service conditions, the front and back orifice rings and balance holes are used for hydraulic balance. There are cooling or heating pipe joints in the packing box, and the shaft seal adopts packing seal, or single or double end face mechanical seal. With cooling, flushing or sealing fluid system.

Standard piping is designed according to API specifications. MOB type can cool the pump support with center support.

Suction and exhaust pipe flanges have the same pressure rating.
