The product selection

(1) The material of the pump can be used according to the working conditions or user needs: carbon steel, stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 304, 304L, Mo2Ti, 316L, 904L, etc.), heat resistant, wear resistant steel (40CrMnMoNi) and other materials.

(2) Pump performance parameters in the energy reference table for selection reference, such as special needs, according to its working conditions or customer requirements on demand design.

(3) If there is a difference between the original pipe diameter and the inlet and outlet pipe diameter of ZA type pump in the old project transformation or replacement of the whole machine, "variable diameter pipe" is used to meet the needs.

Structure

The pump is single-stage, horizontal radial partial volute pump, MOA pump body for center support. Single suction radial impeller. Axial suction, radial discharge.

According to the service conditions, the front and back orifice rings and balance holes are used for hydraulic balance. There are cooling or heating pipe joints in the packing box, and the shaft seal adopts packing seal, or single or double end face mechanical seal. With cooling, flushing or sealing fluid system.

Standard piping is designed according to API specifications. MOA type can cool the pump support with center support.

Suction and exhaust pipe flanges have the same pressure rating.
