The sawtooth wave jig is one of the modern
heavy separation equipment. Because of its large
processing capacity, wide selection of particle
size range, simple operation and maintenance, it is
widely used as a rough selection or selection to
sort placer gold, tin, titanium, hematite, Minerals
such as iron ore and coal, especially in the field
of manganese ore and barite beneficiation, have
been widely used. Traditional jigging machines are
mostly driven by circular eccentricity, and their
jigging pulsation curves are mostly sinusoidal.
Because the rising and falling water flow speeds
and action times produced by the diaphragm movement
are basically the same, it is not conducive to the
loosening of the jig bed and the ore particles. The
specific gravity is stratified, which affects the
selection ratio and recovery rate of the equipment.
The sawtooth wave jig is an energy-saving
reselection equipment developed and improved on the
basis of the traditional jigging machine based on
the theoretical layering law of the jig bed. Its
jigging pulsation curve is in a saw-tooth shape,
making the rising water flow faster than falling
Water flow: short rise time and long fall time;
overcome sine wave, pulsating curve jig The
resulting defects of rising and falling water flow
and the same action time enhance the looseness of
the bed, alleviate the inhalation effect, fully
settle the heavy mineral particles in the mineral,
and greatly improve the separation ratio and
recovery rate of the equipment. Compared with the
sine wave jigging machine, it has improved: Sn
3.01%, W 5.5%, Pb 1.63%, Zn 2.04%; water
consumption is reduced by 30%-40%, floor space is
reduced by 1/3, and the stroke can be adjusted.
Electromagnetic adjustment motor is used for drag
so that the stroke can be adjusted steplessly. Its
performance has reached the domestic advanced level
and is currently one of the ideal energy-saving
reselection equipment.
