FUNCTION & FEATURES
MIG flux wire, also known as flux-cored welding, is a type of welding process that uses a continuously fed electrode wire filled with flux. The flux creates a shield around the weld pool, protecting it from atmospheric contamination and reducing the need for an external shielding gas.
MIG flux wire is popular in welding applications where portability and outdoor use are required. It is commonly used in the construction industry, shipbuilding, and offshore oil and gas exploration.
Compared to traditional MIG welding, flux-cored welding can offer higher deposition rates, deeper penetration, and a lower risk of cold cracking. However, the process does require special precautions to prevent fume exposure and ensure proper ventilation. It also tends to produce more spatter and requires greater operator skill to master.
1. Good idea for DIY job at home to do welding at fence, ladder, staircase handle etc.
2. Small sized and novel appearance gets worker joyful and relief from hard work.
3. Strong DC-motor, well- developed circuit, enable all process to consume less energy.
4. Imported IGBT and chip keeps machine come out to be welding smoothly and efficiently.
5. Continuously and persistently weld workpiece, with less current.
