Buyer can directly contact local after-sale service center or contact us. If goods need to be returned for maintenance, buyer cover goods return shipping cost, we shall cover goods send back shipping cost.

All quotation is EXW term, shipping cost is charged at buyer side.

We support USD or CNY currency, if you want pay other currency, please confirm with sales.

3. Payment Terms
We support bellow 5 payment methods, if you have special requirements, please confirm with sales.
A. Paid via online trade assurance, normally require 3.1% extra fee.
B. Paid via Paypal, require 7% extra fee.

D. Paid via bank TT, requier USD25.00 fee

4. Sample
There is no free sample. We can support you with very good prices on samples.

Delivery

1. Stock
We have volume stock for various popular models, once payment is confirmed, we shall send out the goods in 1-5 working days. If goods are in short, we shall notice you before payment.

2. Shipping Courier
We also have own shipping couriers, so buyers can either use their own shipping agent, or choose our shipping courier service with prepaid shipping cost.
There are DHL/FEDEX/TNT/UPS/EMS/EUB/Special air cargo/Air-shipping-port-port/Sea Shipping optional.

3. Battery concerned delivery
For batteries or goods with built-in battery, some countries and areas are not shipping supported, please confirm with sales firstly.
